5/25 - put in a really poor training mile of 2:15, and was pretty bad gaited.  Will have the vet look for any issues before training again

6/1 - Another poor training effort, so John will look at some vet work or perhaps giving him more time

6/11 - is lagging behind the others, and may need some extra time to be ready to race

6/20 - Broke a hobble in his training mile last weekend.  He will train again this week and could qualify next week if he does well.

6/27 - a few more poor training efforts, so he is looking like he'll need more time before he is ready to race.

2/6 - trained in 2:48

2/12 VIP Day At The Farm - One of the favorites so far!  He is a medium sized but very strong and good gaited gelding who trained in 2:44 with extreme ease...John commented after his mile that he can go as fast as any of the pacers at this point!

2/21 - trained in 2:40

2/27 - He's still doing great!  Trained in 2:33

3/5 - Trained 1 trip this week in 2:33.  Still doing great.

6/11 - Rained out today, but should train on Monday.  Doing well and should qualify in about 2 weeks.

6/20 - Trained in about 2:07 last week.  He is scheduled to train again this week and if that goes well, could Qualify next Monday

6/22 - Trained in 2:08 today with the last half in 1:00 flat, so he's ready to qualify on Monday at Pocono...also changed his name today to "Ol Blue Eyes"

6/27 - Qualified at PcD today...a strong closing 2nd in 2:03.4 (last half in 1:00.3).  He will probably need a few more starts to be really ready, but this is a good start!  Future updates will be on the VIP Stable Partner Page
