She's a 3 year old daughter of Cole Muffler ($682,380) who was purchased by John Butenschoen as a yearling.  She was to be trained down and sold (as a 3 year old) as part of a ten horse disbursement sale that John put together for some of his investors.  However, she didn't sell for near what John had hoped, so he purchased her back.  John is very optimistic that this filly can do well in various conditions (as she still fits NW1) as well as in some Illinois bred events.  So when he asked if we would like to partner with him on this filly, we jumped at the chance.....

THE QUIET WOMAN has 3 older siblings (each having winning marks),  including her full 5 year old brother - Life In My Day, who earned $57,915 last year and set a lifetime mark of 1:51.1....

THE QUIET WOMAN recently qualified twice and is ready to roll.  As a matter of fact, she's in on Thursday at Maywood as the 5/2 morning line favorite.......She looks to be a nice starter horse for those of you just looking to get in the game, but also might be a nice addition to your current portfolio if you're looking to add some younger stock that is race ready.......
